Istri-Istri Soekarno

A biography that I have read recently was Istri-Istri Soekarno by Arifin Surya Nugraha and friends. The biography traces the life of Soekarno and his 9 wives, beautiful womans who have important role in Indonesia. Their names are Siti Utari Tjokroaminoto, Inggit Garnasih, Fatmawati, Hartini, Kartini Manoppo, Ratna Sari Dewi, Haryatie, Yurike Sanger and Heldy Djafar. The character that I most admire was Fatmawati because she has strong principle as women and she has role to fight for Indonesian Independence. The best part in this book is when Soekarno and Fatmawati give effort to get Indonesian Independence. The message that I got from this book is woman's beauty is magnet which never stop to charm Soekarno until he passed away and the loyalty of woman being Soekarno's wives.

Dear students,

I would like to invite you to join the activities after school time in our school. We have 5 activities, they Art club, English club, News club, Science club and ICT club. You can join one of the activities.

This clubs will be held every Monday and Friday at 4.00 o'clock p.m. One club will have different room with another club. For Art club, we'll use Art room. English club will use huminity room. News club will use Language room. Science club will use Science Lab1 room. ICT club will use ICT room.

The aims of this clubs is to improve ourselves combined in our skills / abilities. In English club, you can learn about debate, speech, story telling and broadcasting. In science club, you can learn how to make a good science paper. in ICT club you can how to make a program in computer. In Art club, you can improve your skills to draw or paint something. in news club, you can learn how to become a good presenter. All clubs have their owns benefits.

From Them to Themselves

“We are all family”. What do you think about the “special children”? Do you want to be their friends? If you have doubt to answer this question, read this article more! Then, you will know how meaningful they are to this world, because we are all free and equal. All people have meaning for the world.

We know that “special children” need our help or attention. We as teenagers usually forget and don’t care about them. If you want to help them, there are so many ways that you can do.

To show that we appreciate with the “special children”, we held a concert. This concert is all about “special children” performances. We want to show to the world that they have value to be meaningful for their surroundings. In the fact, although they don’t have complete body, but they have more abilities and the special skills which not all people have. In this concert, we invite all “special children. Then, they should show their special talents, but for the special children, who doesn’t know their special talents. They just watch their friends. We also make the session for interview them to know more about them, give them motivation and teach them how to make a theater.

For the adult and other people, they must pay the tickets to join the concert. From this concert, we got US $964. What makes us enjoyable is the willingness when we though them about the theater. But, we got a problem. Usually the “special children” don’t have enough confidence to show their talents. We gave motivation to them that have some special talents.

The money that we got is for providing a place which they can visit and use for developing their skills. We will provide the things, like art things, musical things, and etc. they can sell their painting and we will help them to sell their painting.

Freedom Writers Viewing Guide

The Freedom Writer Movie is a great movie that I have watched. I like this movie, because I can learn so many things about the differences between us. I am related to the characters in this movie, especially Markus. He missed his mother a lot, I have the same feelings as him.

This movie is good. There are some strong characters, such as Erin Gruwell who have the big willingness to change the attitudes of her student, although she must get divorced with her husband. The situation is very dangerous for the teenagers like them, but they must face that.

The teachers and students can learn so many thing from this movie, for example they must have the big willingness to achieve something, if you believe that you can do, so anything can be real, and we are as human must respect the differences and be united to achieve good goals.

People should watch this movie because we can learn so many things, especially about the differences. Then I hope all people in this world can respect the differences between us.

I'm very busy. I study from 07.30 in the morning until 05.30 in the afternoon. We have holiday every Saturday and Sunday.But on Sunday I'm still school but in afternoon at 03.15 pm in the PURA to study religion. All of my friend are having good relation with me. They has the unique characteristic. Almost, all of my friend are very academic people. My friends are very humorous. But sometime they make me cry, dissapointed and angry. But for me is no problem, because human always make mistake. My days always full by their joking, but if there is no my friend I will miss you. Sometime I cry because no one beside me when I so sad.

How health are you?? If you think you are strong enough to lift a painfull of water,or moving a table up,yes... you are true! but it is not all. You will know more about healthy life its self meant after you have finished to read this article.
Healthy mind,healthy soul and healthy body. That is the main to deciding what healthiness it's meant. In therm to make a "healthy life" and to apply it into our surrounding. We can begin with a small thing. What about self cleanliness,and tidiness? or,just think about tidy up our room everyday? trust me,it will make a changes to our life!We start to change our self first,and then after that we can change our surrounding,our environment,even we can change the world!! wow,,excellent!!
Apart from our physical healthiness we still have another aspect for a perfect "healthy life". The other thing which is more important,it is the healthiness from inside our soul. How to keep it? you must pray to your God.He is the only one to be our guidance. We will keep our hearth "clean". It make all our life balance.
To sum up,healthiness must be kept from inside,and outside ourself.I believe we can do it. Just think it simple,and make it easy!!

Leadership Camp

For three days, we had a leadership camp in Agrowisata Binadarma in Indralaya, OI. We felt so happy being there in that camping. We learned how to become good leaders. On the first day, we played many games, such as flying carpet, arsenic ball, legs hands, flying ball, spider web, magic stick and build houses. All games were games requiring our cooperation among the house members. It's different on the second day, we played flying fox and searched the coins at the bottom of the pool. For flying fox, we did not need cooperation because it was an individual game. But, for searching the coins, we needed it to get lots of coins. The last game was moving the flour to the bucket by using our hands. This games also required cooperation among the members of the house. In the evening, we should wake at three a.m. My house was the first house having scavenger hunt. At the first, Pak Aryo gave us three candles used for our trips. We continued our trip. In the first post, we met with a group of teams who questioned us about our readiness to become a leader. After that, we continued our trip and stopped at the second post. Here, we met our teachers. In this post, we did introspection ourselves for mistakes we've made. And then, we're into the third post and ordered to sing our yel-yel. Next, we went straight to a tree to find our names hung on the branches of the tree. Finally, we reached back the camping site. After all of houses did the scavenger hunt, we had a bonfire. On the third day, we just did raft building game and candle guard game. After the games, we were all ready to go back to the dorm. Before we went home, Bu Erma announced the students who got some predicates. There were 9 categories of good leader mentioned by Ibu Erma and followed by the announcement of the 3 best houses during leadership camp. The first winner was Manta Ray that got handy cam, the second winner was Hornbill that got digital camera, the third winner was Dove house that got a guitar. After the photo session, we returned to the dorm. This camping was very meaningful for us. We learned about togetherness, discipline, honesty and cooperation. My friends and I want to have leadership camp for another time. We have missed this camping.
